Jason Is Fighting For

  • The safety of our families is the foundation of a prosperous community. As an attorney in the Clark County District Attorney's office and the successful champion of Rex's Law, Jason Patchett has a proven commitment to public safety. He will stand firm against national trends that threaten our safety and security, ensuring law enforcement is fully trained, well-equipped and empowered to restore order and ensure reckless criminals face real consequences. Jason is dedicated to strengthening our laws and ensuring an accountable justice system for every Nevadan.

  • Creating more school choice opportunities for parents and students is vital to our state’s future. Jason will ensure that funding follows the student —not the system—fostering competition and accountability to achieve better outcomes. He demands greater parental rights and transparency, insisting there be checks and balances so that money intended for students gets to teachers and classrooms. Jason will work to expand high-quality charter schools and find achievable solutions that create diverse paths and opportunity for all Nevada families.

  • A healthy community empowers its residents to achieve a robust quality of life. Jason will work to revitalize our economy by encouraging policies that assist small and medium-sized businesses and keep our taxes low. Creating new industries, more job opportunities, and greater prospects for our existing businesses will help our state flourish as we pursue continued economic diversification and expansion.

  • Healthcare quality is directly connected to our economy and our long-term prosperity. Jason advocates for common-sense, market-based reforms that prioritize patient choice and reduce costs for both consumers and the state. He will fight short-sighted proposals that would reduce the quality of care, drive doctors out of Nevada, or dramatically raise costs. Jason is committed to confronting healthcare challenges together to promote community health and grow this vital industry.

  • Jason believes the primary role of government is to protect citizens and ensure foundational systems work effectively and efficiently, not to expand bureaucracy. He supports the constitutional system of limited government and commits to protecting our individual freedoms. Jason will fight to relieve the burden of punishing government regulations and advocate for returning rightful power to the people and the states. He is committed to ensuring our government follows the rule of law and resists the urge for constant expansion.
